Where a claim is upheld, we may at our discretion offer a replacement, re-delivery, or refund (full or partial depending on the nature of the issue). Your statutory rights are not affected.
Substitution Policy
On rare occasions, certain flowers or packaging materials may be unavailable at the time of ordering due to seasonal or supply factors. In such cases, Florist Osidge reserves the right to substitute items with flowers of a similar style, quality, and value, ensuring the overall appearance and character of the bouquet is maintained. Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Times: Deliveries are typically made between standard business hours, Monday to Saturday. Same-day or next-day delivery is offered in Osidge and certain nearby areas when orders are received within the stipulated cut-off times displayed on our website. Deliveries to addresses outside our specified delivery zones are subject to confirmation.
2.
